The history of Tourbillon is very old. The idea of making this model came to the founder of the company after several years of the establishment of the company. The founder, Constant Girard submitted a proposal for the patent of the model, naming “Tourbillon with three gold bridges” in 1884 to the United States Patent Office. The three gold bridges was the most important part of the design which were redesigned and placed parallel to each other where the bridges are designed as arrows.
